Born in Rio de Janeiro, Marcelo Rezende, began studying drawing and painting at age 10, son and grandson of graphics, began into the profession of graphic designer and as a teenager ,in 1998, receives a scholarship in Zurich, Switzerland .
In Swiss schools, Marcelo attended for one year the Arts, Languages and Media school. During this year he was very committed to the study of art, not only through books, but also visiting museums and exhibitions the maximum as possible. Obsessed with art, devoted himself to draw and paint looking for na own language, and that culminated in his first solo exhibition, held in Zürich.
Back in Brazil, Marcelo no longer lost his art passion. Graduate in Design he also study photography and philosophy .
Performs works of art since 1999. Currently developing a production process that involves very particular artistic techniques that goes through use and reuse of plastic (material).
